Guy Ciarrocchi: Democrats’ unserious politics are getting Americans killed
Sheridan Gorman was murdered in Chicago. An 18-year-old from Yorktown Heights, New York, majoring in business at Loyola University, she was murdered by an illegal immigrant: Jose Medina-Medina.
No, Sheridan was not at the wrong place at the wrong time. She was murdered while looking for the northern lights with her friends, by a thug who should have never been within 1000 miles of her.
Medina-Medina is yet another example of deeply misguided, irresponsible — deadly — Democratic policies foisted on innocent Americans. He was apprehended by the Civilian Border Patrol back on May 9, 2023, then released — part of the Biden/Harris “catch and release” policy.
He was arrested again in Chicago on June 19, 2023, for shoplifting. And again released — not turned over to ICE, CBP, or the FBI — courtesy the “sanctuary city” policies of the state of Illinois and the city of Chicago.
Medina-Medina murdered Sheridan. And the foolish, immoral, dangerous policies of today’s Democratic Party allowed, enabled, and contributed directly to her death.
Far too many Democratic elected officials are irresponsible, dangerously naïve teenagers who impose policies based on feelings and emotions — and their misguided sense of justice. They do not deal in reality. Actual human behavior and facts are ignored so that they might impose their cult-ideology on us.
On the heels of Sheridan’s tragic death and the chaos at our airports, Larry Krasner made yet another video threatening to arrest ICE agents — if they report to Philadelphia International Airport to help keep order and ensure everyone’s safety. The same Krasner who pontificated that he will “track down” ICE agents, like the Allied nations tracked down Nazi SS soldiers after World War II.
The crime-enabler disguised as a DA, who fired career prosecutors, essentially legalized shoplifting, instituted no cash bail allowing gun-toting thugs to get two, three, five strikes before maybe going to jail.
These are not serious people.
Until they grasp reality and recalibrate morality, they should never be allowed to serve in executive capacities — be it President, Governor, Mayor, or District Attorney.

They died as a result of an intentional, designed policy of open borders. The Biden/Harris administration made a conscious decision to open our border — literally tearing down parts put in place during President Trump’s first term and going to court to prohibit Texas from building its own wall.
Open borders: allowing up to 20 million undocumented people into our nation, and into our communities. A naive, misguided, foolish sense of morality, violating their oaths of office. Violating common sense.
The party of “defund the police,” “catch and release,” “sanctuary cities,” and “no cash bail.”
They cannot be trusted with our safety because, frankly, that’s not their concern or focus. They aren’t trying to make us safe; they’re trying to “remake” America — to “fix” what they see as a bigoted, imperialist, patriarchal, elitist, capitalist and unjust society that needs its borders, its economy, its education, its energy policies and its national security broken and remade.
And if people have to die, get injured, or lose their jobs, or if our quality of life gets lowered in the process: so be it. They’ll deny it’s happening as long as they can. Then blame someone else. And when all else fails, throw our tax dollars at the problem.
Yet, tragically, Sheridan Gorman and all the others can’t be saved even with all the money in the world.
The “open borders” and “defund the police” crowd now wants to “defund ICE.” It’s why they’ve shut down part of our government; our TSA agents haven’t been paid — and our airports look like circuses.
ICE has successfully arrested and deported thousands of thugs — murderers, rapists, thieves and child predators — who should have never been in our country. But if Larry Krasner, Hakeem Jeffries, Tim Walz, and Zohran Mamdani had their way, those thugs would still be in our neighborhoods.
Their virtue-signaling governors, mayors and commissioners pass resolutions declaring “ICE-free zones.” Prohibit local police from assisting or protecting ICE agents— and, by extension private citizens.
Walz’s virtue-signaling — prohibiting Minnesota law enforcement from assisting, supporting or even creating a safe perimeter for ICE agents — caused a situation that led to the tragic deaths of Rene Good and Alex Preti. Confrontations and deaths are not happening in communities where police cooperate with ICE.
They oppose blocking people like Medina-Medina from getting into our nation. They oppose deporting people like him and the “Maryland Man”— here illegally, with a criminal record in his native El Salvador and a “PFA” here in our nation. Democrats visited him and fought to return him to America — like he was Nelson Mandela!
This isn’t about legal immigration — after all, the Ciarrocchi family did not come over on the Mayflower. Let’s discuss the training or use of ICE agents if you wish, or even the merits of the death penalty. But none of this madness is about that.
This is about the reckless, cult-like ideology that they want to impose regardless of the costs. Even if it kills 18-year-old students.
We cannot trust them to protect our nation, our communities, or our children.
These are serious times. And, tragically, these are not serious people.

Who was your article written for? ICE has deported exactly how many people during Trump 47? It seems there is not a trustworthy public exact total because DHS stopped issuing detailed statistical reports after Trump 47 took office. So… all due respect, coach, but what are you prattling on about?
Let’s examine the mainstream press. The deeper we probe the more its style seems more repellent. Shallow ideas. Superficial ideas. Mainstream press no longer convinces reasonable people it is impartial. Who are the owners? What do they have in common besides their eastern European heritage and atheist leanings? What do they call themselves, these mainstream press owners? Where do they congregate?

Let’s get this straight: there is SNAP fraud… EBT fraud… Medicaid fraud… Medicare fraud… home healthcare fraud… daycare fraud… medical transportation fraud… hospice fraud… BUT DEFINITELY, ABSOLUTELY there has been no election fraud?!?!? ICE can’t be around polls and drop boxes?!?! But the mainstream press owners want to take away our guns?

Violence is never acceptable and reasonable people use words and ideas to point things out during debate. That is what I am trying to achieve because our society seems headed to a bad path. ICE hasn’t even been effective during Trump 47, and serious people (like this author) are wasting time trying to reason, plead with, and respond to the far-Left anarchists and zealots. The actual problem is the international oligarchs destroying the middle class (manufacturing) and using communist tactics to divide everyone, convince them we should be atheists and be greedy and give up morals and mores, and hiding behind Zionism when we call them out for being scum balls. How about we stop using US tax money to bomb poor souls all around the world and take care of our citizens. And stop electing ancient 70 and 80 year olds?

The problem with not going around the world “bombing poor souls” is that the poor souls don’t stay in their part of the world. When you have a ideologically driven culture that calls for the elimination of other people and their culture, and considers it as a moral good, you can’t secure by pretending, that if you give them money or ignore them, they will change their minds. One of the lessons given to the world by a holocaust survivor was “if someone tells you they want to murder you, believe them.”

What do you really want to say? “Holocaust” originates from the Greek word holokauston, meaning “a thing wholly burnt,” which was used to describe burnt sacrifices (the earliest recorded use in this context appearing in 1957.) We are tired of the nonsense and double speak. Plenty of people were killed in WW2 and it seems fairly obvious that the elites learned nothing.
George, Poland doesn’t need to start wars in the Middle East and they PROUDLY keep their borders secure. So your argument about why the US needs to bomb poor souls doesn’t withstand much scrutiny. We don’t need to appease the “No Kings Rally” clowns that understand Greenland should have secure borders for Greenland, but aren’t willing to apply the same logic to their own country becuase they have been brainwashed that all thing Trump is evil. Rather, we should recognize Trump 47 (and most politicians within the Republican Party) have been bought and paid for by international billionaires that leverage their money (millions) to gain access to the Big Money (trillions in US tax money and the Federal Reserve.) Trump 47 got elected for pointing out obvious problems: Biden let in millions of cheap labor that keeps wages low, and a small percentage of those millions (tens of thousands) are violent criminals destroying families and communities. But Trump 47 got into office he is providing mostly lip service, doing his best to bury the Epstein stuff “because it will hurt some of my friends” and starting unnecessary wars.
Are Democrats unserious? Yes, we know that. We don’t need another article about that.
Are the Republicans and Republican leadership unserious? Yes, and that is a significant issue worth exploring. The even more significant issue is that almost no one in the press is calling out Trump 47s’ nonsense into the light. Now we have another pointless war that has very little to do with the United States (we were in no immediate danger according to the Secretary of State) and had much more to do with the interests of international billionaires. Our government has been hijacked by elite billionaires. For some reason Poland doesn’t seem to currently have that problem.
The Obama administration thought it could achieve peace and understanding with Iran by giving then a couple of pallets of cash and removing obstacles to nuclear development. Biden administration thought they could buy Iran’s good will by loosening sanctions. Didn’t stop Iran’s terrorist-based proxy war on the West or development toward nuclear weapons. China and Russian are able to formulate policy with a long view (something the US and its citizens seem unable to do), that is why both countries fully support Iran. Why do you think China funds its global “Belt and Road” program? Do you have any idea what economic and political control it gives China over a participating country, just take a look at Sri Lanka. As to “imminent danger” would continuing terrorist activity qualify for “imminent threat” or maybe we should wait until a supersonic nuclear missile is in the air toward Washington, D.C.

I’m presuming you are a US tax-paying, legal resident. And it seems you have an affinity for Israel, which is fine with me. Here is something that might vex us both: Why is it bad Russia attacked Ukraine (supposedly they claim they were threatened) but the same logic doesn’t get applied to the Middle East situation? (Preferences are subjective and can vary, but what happened to standards and universal guidelines?)
