A Pennsylvania Christmas ballad
This Christmas, Senate President pro tempore Kim Ward delivered a special holiday ballad for the assembled guests at the PA Chamber of Business and Industry’s annual bipartisan leaders’ breakfast in New York.
We are pleased to present it to our readers below.
Lyrics:
Mr. Shapiro, give me a break, you know you gave that heart cookie cake.
Why are you saying that you didn’t do it, Mr. Shapiro just admit to it.
Doesn’t matter cause you don’t love me, I don’t love you, any elf can see, your stocking will be stuffed coal this year because RGGI is no longer here.
And now we come to Mr. Bernstein, Hey Lukester what have you seen, lower CNI’s NOL legislation, hope it helps stop the loss of population.
Joe Pittman, my partner in crime, like my little brother most of the time, but sometimes he bosses me around as he looked for a budget solution to be found.
When he got angry, I ran for cover sometimes I even yelled out for my mother.
