Right…Delaware County Councilman brags that the prison population is down. He attributes that fact to his excellent work on the Prison Review Board and the county having taken over the prison in the Spring of 2022. The buried lead is that the people that should be in prison have been released to the streets to re-offend and the crime rate in Delaware county is through the roof.
